MinApps(이하 "회사")는 Teary(천연눈물) 앱(이하 "서비스")을 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립합니다.
서비스는 최소한의 정보만을 수집하며, 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 개인 식별 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

서비스는 Google Firebase Analytics를 사용하여 앱 사용 현황에 대한 익명화된 통계 데이터를 수집합니다. 이 데이터에는 앱 실행 횟수, 화면 전환, 이벤트 발생 등이 포함되며, 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보는 포함되지 않습니다.

서비스는 다음 정보를 수집하거나 접근하지 않습니다:
서비스는 광고를 포함하지 않으며, 제3자 추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 수집된 정보는 어떠한 제3자에게도 판매, 대여 또는 제공되지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 요청 시 해당 이용자와 관련된 모든 데이터(시청 기록, 눈물 평가, 감정 태그, 북마크)는 Firebase에서 완전히 삭제됩니다.
삭제 요청은 수신 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리됩니다.
본 방침이 변경되는 경우, 변경 사항을 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 사전에 고지합니다.

Teary — Digital Prescription for Dry Eyes
MinApps ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Teary app (the "Service"), which plays emotional YouTube videos to help induce natural tears for dry eye care. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service. We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

The Service contains no advertisements and uses no third-party tracking tools. We do not sell, rent, or share any collected data with third parties.
You may request deletion of your data at any time. Upon request, all data associated with your account (watch history, tear ratings, emotion tags, bookmarks) will be permanently deleted from Firebase.
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
All data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) with access controlled by Firebase Security Rules. Data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the Service, please contact us for deletion.
